With the Capital One QuicksilverOne Cash Rewards card your credit counts towards all 3 credit bureaus like a normal credit card and you’ll find many different tools on Capital One’s website to help you monitor and grow your score.
- Automatic Credit Line Reviews
Regular positive credit habits may trigger automatic credit line reviews, potentially leading to an increase in the credit limit, which can positively impact credit utilization.
- Access to CreditWise
Cardholders receive free access to CreditWise, a tool that allows them to monitor their credit score and profile, aiding in the credit-building process.

While this isn’t the best cash back rate of return out there compared to other credit cards, this is certainly something to consider as many of the other credit cards for limited/fair credit will not provide.
The rewards rates can be used as cash back on any purchase, or can simply be a statement credit that the cardholder receives when they decide to cash in their rewards points.

How It Compared To Other Capital One Cards?
The Capital One QuicksilverOne Cash Rewards Credit Card distinguishes itself within the Capital One credit card lineup, particularly in catering to individuals with fair credit.
In comparison to other Capital One cards, such as the Capital One Quicksilver Cash Rewards Credit Card, which targets those with better credit, the QuicksilverOne Card stands out for its accessibility to individuals with fair credit scores.
While the QuicksilverOne Card shares the 1.5% flat-rate cash back feature with the Quicksilver Card, the latter is designed for those with good to excellent credit, offering potentially lower APRs and more favorable terms.
On the other hand, the Capital One Platinum Credit Card, another option for fair credit, lacks the cash back rewards system, making the QuicksilverOne Card more appealing for users seeking to earn rewards while building credit.
The Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card, a premium travel rewards card, targets a different audience with excellent credit and a focus on travel-related benefits, making it a distinct offering compared to the QuicksilverOne Card.
How It Compared To Other Cards For Fair Credit?
In essence, the Capital One QuicksilverOne Cash Rewards Credit Card occupies a distinctive position within the landscape of fair credit cards, providing a balance of rewards and credit-building features without the need for a security deposit, making it a competitive option in this credit category.
Compared to the Discover it® Secured Credit Card, a popular secured option, the QuicksilverOne Card stands out by not requiring a security deposit, making it more accessible to those looking to build credit without tying up funds in a deposit.
The Indigo® Platinum Mastercard® is another option for fair credit, but it lacks a rewards program altogether, making the QuicksilverOne Card a more appealing choice.
Is the Capital One QuicksilverOne Cash Rewards Credit Card Right for You?
The Capital One QuicksilverOne Cash Rewards Credit Card is a low-effort card that offers the card holder unlimited cash back. While this isn’t the best credit card deal around in terms of rewards, it is a great deal for people who wouldn’t qualify for another credit card that has better reward redemption options.
If you’re the type of person who wants a low-effort card that still give you some type of reward for using it, then look no further than the Capital One QuicksilverOne Cash Rewards Credit Card.
