Compare Rewards: Which Card Gives More?

The Chase Sapphire Reserve card is much better when you look at the rewards you get for the money you spend. The Emirates card gives you fewer points for the same amount of spending, and it also has fewer options for using those points compared to the Ultimate Rewards by Chase.

Can I Transfer Chase Reserve Points To Emirates?

The Chase Sapphire Reserve card is part of the Chase Ultimate Rewards program. With this program, you can transfer your points to different airlines and hotels, and one of the options is Emirates.

When you transfer your Chase Ultimate Rewards points to Emirates, the exchange rate is 1:1. This means that for each point you transfer, you get one mile with Emirates.

To make the transfer, just log in to your Chase account, go to the Ultimate Rewards portal, choose the transfer option, and follow the steps they provide.

Here's an example:

Travel And Airline Benefits: Comparison

If you want more travel perks, the Chase Sapphire Reserve is the better choice. It gives you $300 each year for travel, boosts your points by 50% when you use them for travel, and has lots of other cool extras.

The Emirates card gives you Gold Tier membership for just the first year, and you can only keep it if you spend $40,000. The other benefits are okay, but they're not as good as what you can get with the Reserve card.

Credit Card Reviews Methodology

In order to determine the best possible credit cards, we look at things like fees, interest rates and rewards. We do this with companies that are associated with us as partners as well as other offerings. From there, we make a decision about what the best card is related to different categories and needs. We focus on interest rate cost & fees, especially the cost of carrying a balance, rewards – cards accumulate rewards in different currencies—points, miles, cash back—and their values vary widely usability – cards that accept a wide range of credit profiles and offer simple solutions for things like checking your credit score or contacting. We also consider customer reviews.

We look at cards related to good or excellent credit ratings that will then provide a range of different benefits and improvements for someone who has these scores. We also look at low fees when it comes to those who have lower credit scores.
